酒店環境沒得話説，也很漂亮，適合全家度假旅遊，唯一的遺憾，酒店的房間太差了，應該很多年了吧？沒有陽光，黃昏的落日很漂亮，早晨早起坐在湖邊感受一下，清晨也很爽，有機會還是會去住的，希望房間能得到更好的改善

Las Casas de Acuzar is simply excellent! The ambiance is delightful, and the service is top-notch. The attention to detail in the decor and the overall atmosphere make it a perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend visiting for a truly enjoyable experience!

The location was beautiful and the historical houses are worth the visit, but the service is quite disappointing. Check in was scheduled for 3pm, but we had to watch them clean the casa (with 6 separately locked rooms, each with a washroom) until after 4 pm. The keycards to our separate rooms were not given to us until around 8pm. There were no bath towels to half the rooms, and some never came. At least two of the six toilets clogged that evening. The service at the two restaurants were equally unsatisfactory. We waited an hour and a half for our meal at one, and the other took four different servers to get us a refill for our water and other drinks. I would might go back for day 訂房網站s but I do not recommend overnight stays.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a cool place, but it has its ups and downs. When we arrived, checking in wasn't smooth. Our key card didn't work, and we had to wait 30-40 minutes to get into our room. Plus, there wasn't even a place to wait comfortably. The food at the Filipino restaurant was okay, but it was pricey for what you got. Breakfast was better though, with lots of yummy Filipino dishes at a fair price. Housekeeping staffs and jeepney drivers were awesome. They were really nice and helpful. Our room was big and had a huge bathroom, which was nice. There's a ton of stuff to do around the resort, so staying just one night isn't enough. You really need at least two days to enjoy everything. The best part was seeing all the old houses. They were like stepping back in time and were super interesting. Overall, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a neat place to visit, even though it has some things that could be better.

Very nice customer service. Hassle free stay and staffs are very nice and kind. Delicious food and beach front. Free aiport transfer, snack and other special arrangements.
